We put these shoes to the test, with 2 hours of kayaking, and 2 hours of hiking in the jungle in Kaui. We went through mud, rivers, and rough terrain, and these shoes were amazing!! You can feel the contours of the terrain, while your feet are protected.

Great for boating!
I purchased these to wear around the marina, not to scuff the boat decks (wood & fiberglass). They dry very quickly, none slip soles. If I can find this brand with more Ankle coverage it would be perfect! Loading/unloading at the ramp causes debre to get under your feet. Not a deal breaker, just a mild annoyance. Will buy again!

I made a good choice.
Great shoe for my kayaking on both muddy bottom rivers and on sandy lakes and ponds. Find for crossing dirt and rocky parking lots. The inside liner keeps sand and small pebbles from getting into the shoe. Works well on rocky bottom areas you may want to step on under the water. Plan on buying another pair for other misc. uses. Did a lot of comparing before my purchase and feel I made a great choice.

So good they are almost perfect
These water shoes are excellent! Just be aware - they are definitely NOT for BAREFOOT use. The inner surface is roughish, so complaints on toes worn raw are totally justified. Still - with a pair of thin no-show socks they are perfect. They are so good walking on the water, Jesus Himself would have approved them. Lightweight - PERFECT. Water draining - PERFECT Balance and arch support - PERFECT Sizing - US/Euro - PERFECT Grip and purchase on wet surface - EXCELLENT
